NewsLink: New York’s oldest bartender still going strong at 90

At 90 years old, and on the job for 58 years, Mr. Wong Hoy, is arguably New York’s oldest bartender. 27 of those years have been spent working behind the bar at the Algonquin Hotel, one of New York’s cocktail institutions. During his long career he has served a long list of celebrities and dignitaries, including Marilyn Monroe, Danny Kaye, Judy Garland, Jerry Lewis, Dean Martin, Bob Hope, and the Duke of Winsor.
